We got to know Karen Mergenthaler over a period of a few years as we rented a home near her own home in Lake Placid. My husband and I met Karen mid 2014 as we were just beginning our search for a vacation home in the Lake Placid NY area. Our review is a little different, since we have worked with Margie as the landlady of our store in Lake Placid. For two years, Margie has responded quickly to our every need related to our store. Any concerns we had with the building were quickly remedied, typically within hours. She has always been fair and generous. Now we are purchasing the building from her and we can say she has been helpful with every step of the process. Thank you Margie for everything and for sending business our way, as well!

We started looking for our future retirement home in Lake Placid back in 2017. Last week we visited Lake Placid and have been considering a summer camp for my young family. Not knowing who to contact I stopped on Main Street at Adirondack Premier Properties. The sales person (Katie Fischer) spent a few minutes listening to me and asked what type of property my wife and I are interested in.
