Unprofessional, horrible wait times. I waited 20 min in the teller line only to be told I needed to come inside to complete my transaction, cool so when I come in the same teller should be taking care of me as soon as I walk in right? Well nope! Had to wait another 15 min in line as if people don’t have places to go and thing to do! Won’t ever go back to this trash branch!

I for the life of me cant understand that when you get online to check hours and see if they are open or not on certain days, All it says is that hours MIGHT be affected due to holiday, IE: Black Friday or something. So instead of putting in definite hours, customers should just take a wild guess. Absolutely ridiculous
