I started out about to refinance with another company, and then Elden called me and guaranteed he could get me a better rate. At first I didn’t think it’d be possible, so I told him to call me back on a Saturday when I wasn’t at work. To my surprise, he followed up and called me on his day off and after reading his other google reviews I decided to give him a chance. I’m glad I did because he wasn’t wrong! Elden with Benstein Financial is the best! We live in Florida and our refinance with Cardinal Financial took 3.5 months and they never completed the application due to our horrible loan officer. Elden completed the exact same loan, at a lower cost too, quickly. We closed only 17 days after contacting Elden! And I am self employed so there was extra documentation to do. Only 17 days!
