Store was very neat. Customer service was excellent I went ahead and took the lady that helped me outs name carina was so sweet.

Good afternoon everyone looks like just another day in paradise hopefully everyone is having a great day I know I sure am there's very few people who leave Benny's Pawn Shop disappointed they have the best customer service...the finest lady😘 they always give you more money than they supposed to for your normal everyday products based on a scale of 1 to 10 my personal opinion being a customer service specialist I would rate them as a 10 + overall I guarantee when you leave any pawn shop you going to leave with the cash to need in a timely manner and you might pick up a few things that you didn't even know you needed have a great day everyone.

By far the best pawn shop I’ve visited. The store is always neat and clean. Carina helped me get in and out and answered all the questions I had. She was very helpful with the process and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. Highly recommend

3/4/2022 Corina helped me 2day. She is the consumate counter helper. Andrew is the manager. Corina is the assistant manager. They are both professional and willing to work with you. I can't stay away. This Benny's is an asset to Horizon City. Since 2 years ago the service and attitude of the workers is so much better. It is like night and day. The entire staff behave professionally. Again it is like Jekyll and Hyde. You can pay over the phone to extend, but if they are busy, you are SOL, s$it out of luck. Andrew is the manager you need to win over and charm. He is very knowledgeable and keen. His staff stay busy and are cordial. As I said before, the pawn shop is now run by a crew who are all on the same page. Arlene is my favorite, but all the staff are focused and helpful.

The Benny's Pawn Shop on Horizon Boulevard is one of the best organized that I've seen cleanest all the sale items are very well organized extremely clean beautifully displayed for a customer or a consumer looking for what he wants or something that catches his/her eye in particular the staff is very helpful understanding and wonderful they help you out in any situation that comes upon them to keep the customer happy

The young lady that helped my wife an me was very patient with us and knowledgeable about the items they had in stock. This has been a typical experience for me that’s why I continue shopping here. I recommend this be the first stop if you’re looking for previously enjoyed general goods.

Usually don’t like that way the staff makes you feel as soon as you walk in to pawn shops, but that was definitely NOT the case at this store! I was helped by a women named carina! She was so polite and made sure I didn’t feel uncomfortable
