NOT impressed with this group. I was informed two days before closing that the property had to be surveyed again to update legal description, at the end of the day they informed me that their surveyor could do it next week; NOT. I found a surveyor for the next day. I traveled to Ohio to make things "easier". I called when I arrived to confirm the times of closing the following day. The buyer wasn't scheduled, in fact, they didn't even have his contact information. The buyer finally was scheduled on the last day of the contract. I finally received my money FOUR days after signing. Worst part of all the lack of communication, nasty attitude, and no follow-up or follow-thru. I would NOT recommend these folks.

I have worked with Bennett Land Title for almost 11 years I have always enjoyed the people there, and I rely on the tremendously to help me in my Real Estate business, and in fact I have several investors that will only use them.

I used the Bennett Land Title Agency when I sold may home in Akron. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They answered all of my questions when asked. I would use this agency again without hesitation.

I will use them again!!! Very reasonably priced.
