Let me start by saying the service at this dealership is first rate. From the moment I made an appointment to have some work conducted on my Hyundai Elantra I knew I was in the right place. Upon scheduling service I had the pleasure to speak with John in the service department. He was open and listening to the concerns that I had regarding my vehicle. John also assured me that the repairs would be done in an efficient and effective manner. I dropped my vehicle off and the excellent experience began. I received a message from John advising me that he would be with me every step of the way and keep me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. He also provided me with a means to be able to reach back out to him personally if I had any questions or concerns. During my service experience I received a check-in call from John to provide a status update. Unlike many other dealerships, I did not receive any pressure to have unnecessary service completed. He advised me that he noticed that my inspection was soon to expire and inquired if I would like for them to take care of it during this visit. Not once did I feel obligated or pressured. Once my vehicle was complete, I received another call from John that provided instructions on picking my vehicle up. I must say that this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend Bennett Hyundai Service!!!

Purchased my new car on 3/19 and there aren’t enough words to describe my very positive experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, patient and answered all my questions. Have been a customer at Ebersole/Bennett Hyundai for many years. The service Department (Matt Snyder) has always been honest and performed requested services in a very professional manner. When it was time to buy a new vehicle, they were my first and only stop. Lucas and Mike presented options in vehicles and financing and gave me a great trade in price. Price was good as long as they had the vehicle I wanted to purchase. No hard sell or "only good today" offers. Lucas and Mike were both honest, helpful, professional and accommodating to our needs. My wife and I were in need of a new car to replace the 2000 Honda CRV we have been driving around to keep our debt-equity ratio down for a house purchase. We were looking around everywhere for a place that had the car we desired in stock and finally found it here. I called at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon asking if the vehicle we wanted was truly there, arrived by 4:30pm and my wife was in the drivers seat on our way home by 6pm. Both Luke and Mike stayed past close to get us in our new car knowing that we were driving in from 1.5hrs away. They explained everything clearly and concisely, quoted us prices on various monthly payments for our car loan and worked with what we could afford. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car

Easiest car buying experience ever. Very happy with sales and service. Sales staff communication was clear and consistent. Very good at what they do Sell automobiles and treat their customers respect t and honesty. The trip to the Bennett Hyundai of Lebanon, Pa. was well it. The entire ordeal took only a little over 1 hour which has to be a record. The Tucson was detailed, full tank of gas and ready to go from the minute we arrived. Great Tucson. Love the ride. Sharp suv. Salesperson was great explaining the controls on suv. Dislike is it was advertised online with a $2000 dealer discount . I asked about it and was told I would get that. Then later was told that I can't get the discount. So don't go by there website pricing!

I was able to inquire about a Veloster N, show up an hour later, trade in my old car and get the new one within 3 hours with no markup or dealer addons. This was the perfect dealer experience for me.

All of the staff members we worked with were very friendly! They helped us work through a slight hiccup with financing so that I was able to take my new car home that day.
