I've been coming to this bank for 14 years and the employees are always friendly and the service is amazing.

Warning! Scam job of a bank. They made it nearly impossible to pay off my loan. I had funds in a real bank (Wells Fargo) prepared to pay off my loan beneficial state bank says my Wells Fargo account didn’t exist and cancelled the transfer. I spoke to Wells Fargo and they said no attempt was even made to make a transfer. The manager never calls back requests to speak to him. They did everything they could to delay my payment I order to accrue more interest. Two weeks later, multiple payment later ($5000 max payment per day) why I don’t know? Don’t do business with them!!!! Be warned

No customer service at all! If you have problems with your account you are on your own! There is never anyone to answer the phone or you need an appointment if you go into the building.

This is an excellent bank and institution! A B non-profit bank that is all about investing in local communities. They don't have the hours and locations like commercial Banks but once you figure out how to work with that which is really easy then you'll love this Bank even more. I have zero complaints about them and I'm grateful to have found them as a place to park my money where it can be used for good

Worst place to get an auto loan. Their customer service is horrible. They offered us a month off for Covid relief, and then added that month back to our account. They are predatory in their practices and make it their mission to ruin your credit🤷

My experiences with beneficial State Bank in East Los Angeles it has always been positive I've been a customer since I've been 20 years old my I am 63 years old this year oh, my grandmother was a customer she bought first house through a loan from this Bank their community minded and the respect they give the community cannot be measured I would suggest anyone who needs the loan or wants to start a savings account for themselves or their children or loved one to invest the time to visit the East Los Angeles Bank branch Respectfully Eddie Torres immediate past president East Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce board of directors
