We have used Ron Erdmann at Benchmark for a couple of different mortgages and in short if you are buying a house and NOT using Ron Erdmann you are making a big mistake. He is the ONLY mortgage professional I will use as long as he is in the business, period. He is one of the most knowledgeable mortgage guys around and does a fantastic job working buyers through the process. On the flip side if you are selling a house I would feel VERY confident if I knew Ron was working with my buyers because I would know the deal will absolutely go through and not fall apart at closing. I highly recommend Ron Erdmann and can't say enough positive things about him. Use him on your next purchase and/or if possible your next sale. You will not be disappointed.

She handled everything with such efficiency, and was incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding to my zero-knowledge and constant questions. She made an overwhelming situation for me very smooth and easy, and after I was a little sore about my prior lender all but ghosting me, she swooped in and took control, and I was closed on my house within weeks.
