Now that the loan has funded, I can add the the service was also great. Jordan paid attention to every detail and her communication is exceptional. Very good experience throughout the process.

We could not ask for a better experience! I’ve used the Andrus team on multiple loans and have yet to be disappointed. Our last home purchase was contingent on the sale of the home we were currently in. Our buyer’s loan failed 4 days before close and we were going to loose our new home and the sale of our current home because of this. This happened on a Friday. They spent the weekend working out a new loan and the details so we could move forward (without the sale of our current home). The call on Monday was a HUGE relief!!! We love our new place and could not have happened with out the skill that this crew brings to the table. Do yourself a favor and don’t use anyone else. You won’t be sorry!
