    I would give all my previous interactions with Bellco 5 stars, however the GJ branch is the exception. I liked Bellco so much in Denver, I went out of my way to use them for my wife’s auto loan. It was a nightmare all around. Delays in paperwork, misquoted rates, 1 month delay with them getting paperwork to the county, they somehow duplicated the auto payment so we had 2 payments coming out of our account each month. Avoid this branch at all cost until they figure out branch management and staff training.

    Awful Customer service! We have an auto loan through them and we paid off our truck now it's saying we owe 80 cents! But won't let us pay it online or over the phone! We have to drive all the way to a location to make this payment when we don't have one in our town!

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Have requested a few times now to change automatic car payments and the payments STILL keep getting pulled too early causing me to overdraft. This is unacceptable and goes to show that Bellco does NOT care about making their customers lives easier.

    Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a bank. Will be closing all our accounts and moving ASAP. Absolutely unacceptable and nothing but problem after problem, and nobody will call back!!!! Nonstop issues with our credit card here, interest rates are not what was pitched to us in the beginning, nobody cares to work with us on that. After EIGHT PHONE CALLS into customer service I finally had to just go in to the branch to get somebody to actually help me and the answer I got was not satisfying, and now today when I have fraud on the card and I am trying to get that resolved I am dealing with some of the same exact problems!!! Unreal and an absolute JOKE. Most disorganized and unprofessional financial institution I've ever dealt with, both personally and professionally.

    I have an auto loan through bellco. They lost my check after running it and it never got applied to my account. They then could not look into it and I had to make an appointment to take in supporting documentation showing how they had taken the money out and never applied it to my account. I did so, jumping through their hoop, and a representative from the bank called me back letting me know they had located the missing check. However, the money never made it onto my autoloan. The customer service for their auto loan department is atrocious. The representative at the bank was nice. But they have effectively lost my auto loan payment twice now for that same check and it is hard to have confidence in their ability. Additionally, they never informed me you could only pay forward for 3 months before they automatically apply it to principal; so i thought i was paid up till january, while they showed me only paid up till august (thankfully i inspect the quarterly statements or they would've been repossessing my car before i thought i had another payment due)

    Awful, horrible customer service. My mom passed away and trying to handle her car loan with this company has been an absolute nightmare. They repo'd the car, even though I had sent in all requested forms. It didn't even need to come to that, I would have taken the car to them. Horrible communication, wouldn't want them handling my money or loans because customer service has no idea what they're doing.

    We obtained an auto loan from them in September. The dealership called to say it hadn't finished processing yet and to make the first payment to them and they would get it to Bellco. Which we did. Since then, we have received 3 late payment notices and now a Notice to Cure Default. We have tried talking to both parties but are getting nowhere. When we told them the situation all they did was ask if we wanted to make a payment. I don't think he even listened to what we were saying. Bellco doesn't call back when we do manage to get in touch with someone, they are rude and have no interest in helping. Horrible customer service! Update: We received a response from this review instructing us to contact them via email. No surprise, we tried, and received no response. We did however, finally get in touch with Kathy who finally took some responsibility and helped us get this situation resolved. Sadly, one person out of 10 seemed to care.

    Excellent experience with Bellco Credit Union Grand Junction! I had special time and travel requirements, and Bellco was happy to accommodate my needs to obtain an auto loan painlessly. Yosef was amazing, but it felt like the entire team knew about me and helped bring everything together. Thanks so much!!

    There seems to be a common theme regarding auto loans. Just don’t. We have spent hours over several months trying to verify that the “documents” they were requesting were received. The “documents” they were “missing” were never specified in the generic letters sent so we were forced to call, visit and track down documents we already submitted. We were assured multiple times we had submitted everything and to ignore the letters. Don’t even get me started about the DMV (we haven’t even gotten temporary tags because “we are backed up because of COVID). Today we received a letter stating “to pay the loan in full” or our car will be repossessed. Are you serious right now?! This is hands down the worst banking/loan “service” we have ever had. They should be paying US for the time wasted. We are going to bite the bullet and just pay off the loan to rid ourselves of this ridiculousness.

    An absolute hair-pulling experience. Sold a truck to an individual in Colorado who got a loan through this bank. Bellco is making me do things I've never had to do before in 300 car sales, and I STILL haven't gotten paid. The communication process has been a nightmare. They are also trying to tell the customer where he can or can't register the car, and are making the tax process a nightmare. I just don't understand why any place would operate like this. Visit Wyoming! You'll love the small-town, down-home feel! No need to try to emulate New York City.

    Unless you do your checking with them as well. Making a payment is awful. No one is ever in the collections department. Says to leave a message and no one ever calls back. Hence making you late on your payment. Update 3/27/19 So I've called to make a payment over 48hrs ago. Left a message with collections as I do every month. And still have not recieved a call to make my payment as happens every month. This is unacceptable to make it so tough to pay my loan payment. I will not be strong armed into opening another account with Bellco (give you my business) just to be able to pay on my truck. I'm EXTREMELY unhappy and frustrated with Bellco. I go through this every single month. Which tells me my time means squat to Bellco. I am going to look into refinancing my loan else where. In the meantime. I need to make this payment ASAP. please contact me
