Bellco Credit Union Holly St, Thornton

I don't need to go in to a branch that often, but every time I have, I have always had great service here. Not only is this location the most convenient for me to visit, but it is easy to schedule a visit with a banker, and I've rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. The drive-through teller lanes and ATM give this location all the flexibility I need for my banking needs.

This has to be the worst bank in Colorado! been a member for 6 months and every time I cash a check, they would tell me that they would need to hold it for 7 days before i can take any funds out. All my other banks don't require them to hold a check for that long. I took the same check that would have taken 7 days to cash, Elevation Credit Union told me I can take out same day. DO NOT BANK AT THIS PLACE! if I could give it a 0 stars I would!!!

This bank is the worst bank ever the people that work there never do anything they are supposed to and they blame the consumer when notes are not put I. The system and they over charge for everything they are rude and don’t care about you they just want your money I will never bank with this bank again

Jennifer, Star, and Abagail were professional and amazing today when making our auto payment after receiving a late payment notice!! Too bad they had to fix the mess from Pinhead Larry Miller at 104th truck sales!! Beware of this dealership. Thank you

Worst customer service ever. All three ATMs have been having issues for months now. The ATMs will only let me insert two or three bills at a time and then spits everything back out if anything more is inserted. I went into the bank to let the manager know that their ATMs are having issues and I was treated like I was a giant burden on them. Nasty looks bad attitude and barely even acknowledged I had an issue. Started banking here because it was closer to our home and things would be easier now I'm regretting that choice and looking for a different bank. If I'm shoving you all of my money in your ATMs it would be nice to at least be acknowledged when I have a problem at your location.

The Bellco Credit Card Reward program is a total joke. The website is horrible. The flights and hotels they offer are very limited. If you want to change something or cancel something you can not do it online…You have to call and that’s where the the nightmare begins. They will put you on hold for hours, there is no option to leave a message and get a call back. There is no email address to contact anyone. your choices are either 1. don’t make the changes you need or 2. go to the phone queue to die.

I haven’t had any issues with this branch. They are always helpful and I never feel like I am waiting forever. They helped me with my car loan, and added my husband to my account no issues and the personal bankers were great. I have always found them with a smile and a willingness to help.

Opened my accounts on the 24th of February. Did not receive debit card after two weeks so I called the customer service. The person who put the address into my account did it wrong. So customer service changed it and it’s now been 11 days since they said they would have my car delivered. They say 7-10 days. I’ve now been waiting almost a full month.

Never been there but giving it 5 stars because owner takes time to help people that did reviews.
