Conor and his team go above and beyond to serve their clients. We were so disappointed when we initially heard that our seller was going to go with another offer, but Conor personally stepped in and ended up securing us our home. Conor is great to work with. I’ve closed on 3 properties now with him and every-time we get an offer accepted they mention that Bell Bank or Conor himself are their preferred lender. It’s also great to have someone that’s owns small Multifamily properties and is a landlord himself. I’ve been recommend other lenders before and most say you can’t do that with small Multifamily, but luckily I met Conor first.

Conor answered my call and spent 45 minutes talking about pros/ cons and providing feedback from his experience in property management- it wasn’t till the end of the call that I realized he was on vacation but still answered my call… i still feel bad about calling on his vacation.
