Belgrade State Bank W Karsch Blvd, Farmington

I've had a account with Belgrade for over 15 years and they only seem to improve as time moves on. I use the mobile app for almost all of my banking including deposits, it is great!! On the rare occasion that I need to go into the bank they are all always super nice and helpful. I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else.

And all my years of banking this is the only bank that can actually handle your stuff on the phone and a short period of time there has not been one issue they couldn't resolve in a very short time frame most of the issues were my own no my own not the banks.. By far better than any major is there any major United States bank if I could take them wherever I moved I would Recommend them for anything in the area of Saint Francis County to Jefferson County to Washington County not a better bank in the neighborhood

Their "service" keeps getting worse all the time. I've been a long time customer and have never had any issues until recently. Even the way they do loans is crappy compared to other banks. We have decided to switch our accounts to First State Community bank. Belgrade wouldn't give us a loan without 20 percent down.....First State said, don't worry about it, we can use the money you've already paid. They also don't hassle us about cashing my daughter's checks on our account.

The one and only reason we have brought our account over to Belgrade is Doug Wilson. If I started my own business he would be the first person I would call to come work for me. Then he introduced us to Julie Pratte who is fantastic. Both locations have excellent service and are always pleasant to work with. Best bank I have ever been associated with in the seven states I have lived in.

Jamie, Miranda, and Shawn went above and beyond in helping me with my loan application. I can not say enough about the kindness and professionalism of every employee of Belgrade State Bank. Thank You is not enough for helping make my dreams come true. I would highly recommend Belgrade State Bank for any banking needs.

Easiest, friendliest and most professional people I’ve dealt with. Local bank that will bend over backwards for you. They really helped me out as a small local business.

Problems problems problems. Nothing but problems with this Bank. They issued two bank cards with the same number and one was mailed and my mail was intercepted and money was spent. I calmly expressed my issue to the Teller, who then proceeded to try and argue with me that there was no possible way two cards could have been sent out. Inconsiderate and flat out rude staff over even the simplest of issues. The cards wear out after about 2 months. Just went on vacation and even gave a travel notice and my card was still locked up. I had to call everyday to get it unlocked. I have been a long time customer with this Bank but now it is time to move on to something else. My US Bank does not have any problems like these probably just going to go there. Good riddance.

The receptionist was very friendly, even offered me a drink because of the heat. She took me to the new accounts representative and she was very efficient, courteous and professional. I was impressed that the checks and debit card were ready when I left. A very easy and smooth transaction

The tellers are always friendly and knowledgeable. The account specialist have never failed to respond to me quickly or to address any problem I may have. The bank policies are fair and clear to understand, and the incentives for customers are some of the best in the area.
