Third generation member. In dire need of assistance with a loan bank is completely non willing to work with me even though I don't pay any of my utilities right now or rent. Never had a penny of debt always have made payments and they have never needed financial assistance. I'm 167% over their limit but I don't pay any utilities or rent so that should put me 167% below their limit. I thought they were about helping the community not hurting them. I asked for a 50 month payment plan back but with not having to pay any bills I could probably do it in 30 months,; at all the bonuses and taxes I could probably get it done in 15. If helping the community and helping their members really did matter I feel like they would be at least willing to sit down and try to figure something out to help me in my situation. I wonder if I was a single mother struggling just as bad if the loan would have been approved immediately.

Amazing bank. They made getting a car loan so easy and I got an interest rate so low the the car dealership and another bank I tried to get preappoved at didn’t believe me. The app makes everything clear and easy to manage my account. Thanks for taking the stress out of buying my first vehicle for my family.

I've always had great experiences with Beehive. My husband and I have moved away from Idaho, but we've still purchased our last 2 vehicles using Beehive, and are in the process of buying another one with them as the lender. They are so quick with getting us pre-approved, and their rates are the lowest we've seen anywhere. One of the salesmen we talked to today couldn't believe how low our rate was, he seemed to think we were lying because he hadn't seen anything that low. I'd say that means they're doing something right!

Beehive federal credit union is the easiest bank to work with, and they have so many cool features. Like no payment for 100 days with a car loan. I've had this bank for 9 years and have never been disappointed!

Today I went in with so many complicated needs and the staff made it a WONDERFUL experience for me. Brenden, the teller was SO KIND AND BEYOND HELPFUL. He counted all my bills back to me even though he didn’t have to and helped me with everything. That man deserves a raise and I think he is the best teller I have ever been to anywhere! Tammy notarized my document and made the whole thing a breeze. Everyone was cheery and so kind. I am grateful to bank at beehive!

Have only had great experiences here. Absolutely one of the best places you can go for great interest rates, but more importantly to feel like you’re heard. Let them know what you want and they will do their best to help you wether it’s to open an account with them, or even send you to someone else because they can help you better. They made sure that my needs were met and that I was heard. Will definitely be telling everyone about Beehive and the great experiences I’ve had with them.

(Disclaimer: I'm pregnant and uncomfortable, and I did have a headache when we met with a loan officer at Beehive Credit Union) My husband and I didn't love our time here. We are both full-time students, and neither of us has ever had any debt before. The woman we met with made her opinion of our lifestyle choices (never having had credit cards before, and not working steady jobs while in school) very clear, and made us feel pretty small. I'm annoyed because she made my husband the primary account holder without asking us, in my opinion that's a courtesy she should have offered us. We want to build credit, and a credit card with a credit union is a good way because they won't close your account if you don't use your credit cards (we don't plan to). We'll keep our account with them for now, but I don't plan to use it much simply because the customer service left me dissatisfied.

I have been with Beehive ever since I married my Rexburg guy who has been a member ever since he opened his first checking account. We have been so happy with the service and have never been disappointed. We don't ever plan on switching banks! We have used them for all our car loans, they have the best rates around. We feel safe and secure with our money at Beehive Federal Credit Union!
