    Zero stars would be more appropriate, opened an account because my employer has same bank, deposited my BECU payroll check, four days later, still no funds, tried to use zelle to send some money to my other account, they took the money Thursday and say next Tuesday it might be there. I thought leaving Wells Fargo would be better, I could pony Express money easier than using this archaic Credit Union. Severely disappointed.

    Made deposit on June 7 at 2:00 PM at BECU 1512 6th Avenue Seattle WA -Location ( Internal Dropbox INSIDE BECU ) I had $100.00 in cash and had $50.00 going into my checking and $50.00 into my savings. Note: Before I made this deposit I had spoken with the kiosk agent and was told it’ll go out that evening and wound take two days to post. Called BECU customer service on 6/14/19 at 6:05PM and was told it will be investigated it and could take up to 10 Business days from that day? Up to date, i tried to follow up with a call and haven't gotten any clarity to what happened to my deposit or where its at. I will try again tomorrow with hopes they will have an answer for me. Feeling a little concerned 😟

    I am so happy they opened this location (no more schlepping it to 2nd Ave)! The facilities are clean and modern with several ATM's inside. I have never had to wait when walking in without an appointment. Staff is very helpful, efficient, and friendly. CJ has helped me many times and is awesome! I always appreciate how helpful, knowledgeable and kind he is.

    I completely forgot my wallet at home and drove to work, parked in a garage without knowing I had left my wallet at home. Thank goodness for BECU, the rep who assisted me was able to help get me in and out of the door ASAP with a new BECU Debit Card. I am so sad I didn't get her name but she was so sweet and greeted me as soon as I entered the door. Customer service is on point here and I'm so glad I have BECU. Happy customer here :)

    5-star staffs, 5-star branch. I went and applied auto loan at this BECU branch. The staff member was very friendly and professional. She helped me setting everything up including my BECU savings and chequing accounts as well as getting the loan approved while coordinating with loan approvers. I ended up not using the cheque however, and the same staff member helped me closed the cheque and backdated the cheque to the approval date with very friendly and professional manner.

    I don’t have good experience with BeCu at all , it like 3rd world bank.received salary after two days. Then any other bank. Never try open account with them.
