Racist! Don’t go in this bank if you’re black. They nicely refuse me service today with my account. I ask the lady to look into my account she refused to help me. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen discrimination in this bank a Nigerian Doctor was trying to deposit a $100,000+ check they were refusing him service. Like I said Racist!

I've used this bank for years and always had great customer service and no complaints.

Absolutely awful customer service. Waited for over an hour. They were not bust and had plenty of staff. Unorganized and bad attitude. Awful. Left with absolutely nothing getting done.

Terrible drive-thru, been terrible for only God knows how long. First, let's address the issue with the night deposit box. There is a slot on the very bottom of the kiosk marked "forms," where deposit slips and envelopes would normally reside, as is common practice for every bank I've ever been to. But not this bank! No, they like to leave dust in the "forms" slot instead. Then there's the issue if the primary drive-thru lane (the one that allows you to pull up directly to the window): It's not wide enough for bigger cars to get through the lane without hooking the curb on the right-hand side of the vehicle's tires. If they aren't going to widen the turn area or cut the curb back so people can get through without damaging their vehicles, they should at least exercise the common sense to open one of the other lanes that are easier to turn out of, but no--I guess thinking is just too hard for some folks. Window service also takes a ridiculously long amount of time. Family Security Credit Union is fast at the window, there are always deposit slips and envelopes in their form boxes, and it is just much better in general.

Complained about cash machine not working. Cashier said she would be very happy to close my account if I was unhappy!

Friendly service. I have been banking with them for over 20 years. Was Colonial Bank.

I witnessed what happened to Jorden. This place has no respect! I would not bank with them.
