I tried to work with Adam Bayer at this agency and the experience was awful and grossly unprofessional. As various stages of working together over the course of approximately 3 months Adam encouraged me to settle debts which had no affect on my credit, provided me with inaccurate information regarding my score, pulled my credit SIX times and repeatedly questioned not only THAT I was using an attorney to handle the process but even questioned how much I was paying her. Once I found a more professional and competent individual to work with, her exact words to me were, "He obviously had no idea what he was doing. I'm very sorry you had to go through that experience." She then proceeded to secure a loan in the exact amount that Adam "couldn't," at the same rate. and in a timely fashion. I'm could not be more disappointed with the services, or lack thereof, provided through Bayberg FInancial and Adam Bayer specifically.

The mortgage went through fairly smooth and there were minor complications, as with every transaction. However, when the closing agent badmouths to the Seller and purposely speaks bad about the realtor saying they are a bad realtor, and claims that the Seller was not properly represented, it is not professional. Everyone handles transactons differently and in accordance to their Seller's preferences. Ultimately, my Seller received what he wanted and the Buyer was happy. The only unhappy person was the closing agent that had to do a little extra work to get a payoff letter. How unprofessional. I suggest using another title company and not the in house one....unless your deal is perfect. Realtors do much more than just talk to a closing agent.
