Seth was incredibly efficient In helping us throughout this process. He laid out all of our terms and options in a way that made sense to someone new to the home buying process. He was with us every step of the way in his communication and was a true representative to us as buyers!

I had a coworker call and ask some questions for me regarding relocating and purchasing a home in Tampa from out of state. DJ was very helpful and knowledgable, answering all my questions at the time. Feeling satisfied with the responses, I wanted to use Bay to Bay lending going forward. I reached out to DJ a couple of times in the weeks since, to ask some additional questions, basically wanting to know if I can get pre-approved at this point or wait until some other matters get resolved. I've called several times, no answer, and left two voicemails and never received a call back. I will take my business elsewhere at this point.

Tony helped me get a loan for my first home. I knew nothing about buying a home and I was all by myself in FL. He answered all my dummy questions patiently and was literally available any time thru call and txt. What started as a vague dream of owning a home became reality due to him walking me thru the process.

No other company moves as quickly and efficiently as they do! And, boy, they have the customer service game on point!

He went above and beyond to make sure I got the lowest interest rate for me and that I closed on time. This was no easy feat considering I found out that I was the victim of identity theft and had to work very quickly to remove it from my credit report. Seth helped me every step of the way and stayed on top of it. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I also worked with Meri in underwriting, who was excellent as well. She did a great job for me and was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!
