Stacy Sundin is awesome! She made the whole process easy and quickly became our go to person for all of our questions and was always able to find us the answers. Without her we wouldn’t have our own house right now. Every time I was freaking out about parts of the process that I didn’t understand she would always call and redirect us and kept the process moving day or night weekend or week day. Even now 9 months into our new home anytime we don’t know what to do we know we can call her for advice on just about anything to deal with our home and our mortgage.

Paul and his team were AMAZINGLY responsive. I'm a first time home buyer and he listened carefully to how much I made and what my financial limits were and gave great practical advice. Everything always went very smoothly on his end. We hit a snag 3 days before closing where the HOA I was moving into required 10% down instead of 5% (he knew I had the money so it was ok), and we solved it within 3 hours so closing wasn't delayed. My realtor loved him because of how quickly he'd adjust to any hick up.
