She had an amazing worksheet that she made specifically for us which we could look at through google drive and play around with it on our own and while meeting with her over the phone. The real estate agent I am working with recommended Bay Equity Home Loans and put me in contact with Chris Granger. After a few emails (which I had to follow up on multiple times for a response), phone calls, and submitting an application, Chris stopped responding altogether. Very unprofessional. Contacting them was a waste of my time. There were also issues with their website, duplicate applications, and erroneous automated emails.
