Met Brad Louden well over ten years ago but did not get the chance at that time to work with him. Recently contacted him as we had an opportunity to purchase a new home. I could not believe that he remembered me after all this time! That impressed me, because how many people have you met over ten years ago and spoke with for about an hour and they actually remember you ten + years later? Not many in my experience ! Brad answered all our questions, returned calls and texts almost immediately, (we were not his only customers LOL)and was patient all the way thru the loan process! Brad was extremely communicative throughout the process. He answered our questions in a quick and timely manner, far faster than was even likely required. He took the time to put together great videos to explain various elements of the processes, that were specific to our documents and needs. I have never seen something quite like how Brad does these video communications, but they are highly effective and greatly appreciated.
