Bay Cities Credit Union Main St, Hayward

It has been during my experiences excellent customer service, and the staff is friendly and inviting. This covers multiple interactions at this bank.

I had two credit unions refuse to help me, even though they were listed as shared branches. Bay Cities Credit Union was not only able to help me, but did so with great service!

There is a Co-op ATM here for all credit union users. It doesn't show up when i search for coop atms on google maps

Worst customer service, run and take your money somewhere else

I have been with Bay Cities Credit Union for a long time and it is a great Credit Union

Worst customer service ever!!. I was a member for 10 years and I just closed my account because I moved and because the tellers were rude to me half the time I went here. Even today the lady raised her voice in front of other customers as if i was trying to commit fraud by closing the account because she said i wasnt the primary on the account and that my wife had to be there. My wife had to ask ( michelle) the manager to let me close the account because she was at work and she wasnt able to drive all the way from San Rafael to Hayward. When i said that i would tell everyone i know not to go there because of the way she treated me the bank teller lady showed me a thumbs up. Dont go here you'll regret it.

There co-op tellers were great when I wanted to deposit into someone else's Golden 1 account.. Not many credit unions in the Bay Area do this!

Love this Credit Union. Not too busy most of the time. People are very nice.

Most terrible and incompetent and spit out the same old rehearsed phrase credit union on the face of this earth. My god are these people a special kind of stupid.
