Have to say that I was dreading going through a home purchase again, but Bay Capital made it a pretty painless endeavor. Did everything via email up to signing and closed under 20 days. Can't ask for much better. Probably the best part of the experience was the confidence building discussing the loan terms and possibilities, they made sure I understood what I was getting myself into even when I thought I was sure but turned out I wasn't. Cannot recommend them more. They're good people.

Well where to start. We went under contract for our new build in Severna Park 12/21 and I knew the market was going to become unstable. Thankfully, Bay Capital mortgage had solutions to protect me and the little extra cost and paperwork was absolutely worth it. Even the title company said at closing, you have an amazing rate. I closed on 6/15/22 with a 3.2% on VA Loan. Every single member of the Bay Capital Mortgage Corp was extremely professional and attentive in the process. I look forward to conducting business them again next year for my business financial needs.

I am amazed at the number of positive reviews -- as homeowners of many years with excellent credit and good incomes, and who have done 4 previous refinancings with other companies, I have never encountered a company as unresponsive, careless, or with less credibility and reliability as this one. After almost 6 months of their delays and silences, my wife and I finally had to give up and cancel our application. The representative apologized for the delays etc., but the lost opportunity and financial savings are not offset by "I'm sorry". We will take our business to a more responsive and capable company.

We used James Eagan from Bay Capital to help us in getting a loan. Because we were new to the whole process of buying a house and getting approved for a loan, we were a little nervous of getting all the details figured out. But James was tremendous in helping us know what we needed to provide, when we needed to provide it by and to whom it needed to go to.
