Bargains On Main Main Ave, Brookings

Bought some DVDs for a good deal, but the person working the check out kept giving me a mean look, and failed to give me my change. Overall great store, can’t recommend the staff.

The store it self is amazing, so many different things to chose from and just an awesome all around place to walk around and look at stuff. The only problem I have is one of the workers. The elderly lady that works there is so rude and calls everyone that sells stuff to the store stupid. These people are making the business, you have no right to call them stupid! My husband had to pull me away today and had to leave the store because the elderly lady sprayed cleaner in her coworkers face! With a smirk even! Every time I come in and shes there she fills the space with hostility. I have a few friends that refuse to go there because of how that lady treated them. All in all I rate this place a 3. The main guy and the young girl are outstanding, the old man with the chair is super nice, the store is set up awesome. BUT FIRE THE OLD LADY!!! You'll make a better business!!

Used to come here all the time until I got to know the people who run the place. Not only are they rude in front of customers like the other reviews say, the owner's a bigot too. I feel sick every time I see that Nazi flag behind the counter through the window. Won't be getting my patronage anymore.

A good hearted and friendly community, I've known this business for many years, never had a problem, real nice people.

The owner looks up ebay prices and is not willing to match Ebay when u find a better deal on the site it's sad when local businesses wont compete and if ur gonna ask for ebay prices u should at least be willing to offer refunds and ebay takes 10% of asking price so ya stay away

Best store of its kind! The staff are easy to work with. Never had a problem except some things seem to be a bit overpriced but you can almost always talk the price down.

Talked with Cory about some of the war memorabilia hanging around. Almost like a museum with all the WW2 items including some rare rifles,lugers, etc. The staff is also incredibly friendly and the prices are exceptional

Great place! Everyone who works there is super friendly! Anyone who is upset by the items in the store are insecure!

I get the whole having to make a buck but everytime I have tried selling something here he always tries screwing me over hard. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to do business at this place.

I love going to the shop to see what’s new the owner is very nice and will give you a good bargain if you work for it😂
