We were treated very well during our time in the dealership during our purchase.we felt we got a good deal for a truck.we bought our truck from them in april.waited a month to get it registered. After about 500 miles,a check engine light came on and it turns out our transmission is in need of replacement. The extended warranty will only cover about 25% of the cost.reached out to the sales team and they were very helpful.their ownership decided to not do the right thing and help out with a portion of the cost.this is disappointing.their solution was to have their mechanics fix it for $1500.so not a solution, but a bandaid.

I recently purchased my Audi A3 from Bargain and they gave amazing service ! All employees were extremely helpful and kind when it came to finding the right vehicle for me. Not only did they help me score an amazing APR, but got everything taken care of without any issues. The owner is a Mechanical Engineer for European makes and immediately got on fixing a small issue my vehicle had with it’s radio. Most definitely recommend purchasing your next automobile from here.

My husband and I spent a few weeks looking for the right truck for him and finally found one at bargain auto sales, that was in our price range with under 100k miles. We worked with deb and she made the process quick and easy. When test driving we noticed a belt that was a bit squeaky and before we picked it up they had it sent off for repair. They also offer an additional warranty that covers all major components for 60 months or 100k additional miles. When time to upgrade our other car well definitely be going back to bargain auto.

My wife and I had been looking for months for a clean Yukon Denali and we finally found one at Bargain. Sal was awesome to work with. Would definitely recommend this great dealer.

If I could rate this place under one star I would. This was my first time buying a car and 2 months into having the car the motor seized.. we called the dealership and Sandra who sold us the car and they in no way were wanting to help. Once I fixed the motor and got my car back the starter stopped working.. I don’t think I need to say much more except that if you are needing a reliable car this is definitely not the place for you.

Had a great experience at Bargain Auto Sales, they have made the process easy and quick. Very trust worthy and well worth it. On Saturday, May 28, 2022 my son and his wife went to Bargain Auto to look at a Jeep Wrangler. After deciding that they wanted to purchase the jeep, my daughter, who was with them sent me a picture of a jeep patriot that was on the lot. My boyfriend and myself decided to stop by and take a look because we were looking for a second vehicle. We test drove the patriot and both agreed we wanted it. The experience we had with them from filling the paperwork out, the approval process, to signing the paperwork was easy and enjoyable. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. Not only were there 6 adults we had my 2 grandbabies as well ages 3 and 1. They had no problem with them running around and causing a bit of chaos. We would highly recommend this company to everyone!! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to getting us into these two awesome vehicles.

They had a very clean Toyota Tacoma in my price range. There was no nonsense.

Bought an almost $20,000 truck cash from these guys in December. About a week later is started having issues , took it to a mechanic and it needs a new motor and multiple other things. Cost is over $10,000 to fix. Wouldn't recommend anyone buying here

My wife and I wanted something bigger so we started shopping around. Bargain Auto Sales had a lot of good deals on SUVs but we needed something we could trade are Malibu and on for a bigger vehicle. Sandra went above and beyond to make sure that we got a good vehicle with a decent down payment and a much better apr than we were previously paying on the Malibu. Their team is the best

The sales people are kind and do a good job; however, I don't think the owners care about the vehicles that they sell to their customers. This is a bit of an explanation but this was not the best experience for me. I bought a truck from Bargain Auto and everything seemed great, truck seemed to run well, no check engine light, needed new tires but I knew that when I bought it. 3 days after I bought it the check engine light came on, I took it to them and they reset it and they told me to come back if it comes back on (emissions are due on this truck). The truck started to wobble a lot, seemed like tie rod ends, it ended up having to replace the whole steering linkage assembly ($1200), it was a safety issue (according to Les Schwab). The light came back on again 3 days after and it was a catalytic converter. I took it back to Bargain and they had to take to a muffler shop and come to find out that Bargain replaced the O2 sensor wrong when they purchased the truck and the muffler shop fixed it. Bargain said they would give me their costs to fix because they get a discount for the repairs ($600 - they don't get any discount, i would have gotten the same price from the muffler shop, I confirmed this. I feel this was a dishonest representation). I was okay thinking this was going fix the problem and Bargain said the light would come off and pass emissions. 3 Days later the light came on again and I finally took to a shop that knows what they are doing and did a complete look at all the codes. (another $600) to fix. I did not trust taking it to Bargain for repairs and they would just send it to someone else anyway and give "their discounted costs" which does nothing for me and doesn't cost Bargain a thing. Since I put in $2500 into this truck after I purchased (3 months ago) I thought they would stand by their vehicle a little more and help with the costs (I didn't ask for them to cover the cost of all my expenses for the truck, I know old vehicles have repairs but I did expect them to own up to something for having a vehicle that you sell at the very least should pass emissions. I would not use Bargain Auto Sales again. Again, I don't think the sales people are bad at what they do and they tried their best to fight for me but I don't think the owners care about the people they sell cars to. I buy cars from dealers because I expect an inspection to be done before they sell the vehicle, with Bargain, they don't do a good inspection. Bargain, you lost a customer.

Helpful and friendly staff. Not only did they help me find the vehicle I was after down to the color combination, but they also gave me a great trade in for my old car. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will defiantly be buying my next car from them as well.

I was greeted by a kind lady in Sandra as I approached the lot and was looking at the truck that I ended up buying in the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. She let me take a fun test drive almost immediately and I felt relaxed in the environment of no pressure. For having well equipped cars of all sorts for any budget that are fairly new, this lot has a lot of variety. Val, the manager, is a stand up guy as well. He’s a very personable guy that feels like you knew the guy before you met him. He is fantastic at getting all sorts of applications out and getting someone to finance you. It was extremely flawless in delivery. Sandra was awesome in letting everyone who was interested in the ride I eventually purchased that it was already reserved and I’m grateful for that. She is a very nice lady and instantly kept it light when I checked out my truck. All in all, it’s the perfect place if you are a first time buyer and they had one in me.
