I love the Bank, when I can get to the darn thing without it being closed. This branch should think about being open on Sunday's because there is competition that does and I might just go away.

I miss when The Provident Bank was a small bank, with personal service. I called to ask why my debit card was being declined. I sat on hold for 45 minutes. My 17 years as a customer doesn’t really matter anymore. Very sad.

I've always liked the small time feel of the provident and the ladies have always been great to work with. After dealing with Kaitlyn Dickens in the Seabrook branch Saturday I'll be switching banks as of Monday.

It is nice to have a branch that opens at 8:00 am during the week. The girls are always nice and helpful.

On line banking is very IFFY. When I call for an answer I get the "Run Around"

I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and then had to leave without making my deposit in order to get to work on time. Protocol needs to be put in place where the drive-thru is reserved for quick deposits/withdrawals. Transactions that take any longer should be done inside the bank.

I have been A customer of this Bank for several years now and when I needed help with an PPA loan they sent me to. Kabbage online banking service witch has been very. Difficult to work with I have not gotten any help at all from Provident bank I will be looking at another Bank when the dust settles
