BankGloucester Main St, Gloucester

I had a great experience at BankGloucester last week with customer service specialist, Kajsa. She opened a CD for me with speed and efficiency. I was impressed by her attention to detail and delighted with the BankGloucester yoga mat she gave me!

I had a terrible experience at the drive up window today. I brought a deposit, was told by the teller my deposit was incorrect and she was too busy to deal with it, that I’d have to go around to the end of the line. After returning to my office to check my deposit slip, it was correct. I returned and told the teller it was correct, she added it up again and it in fact, was correct. I usually don’t complain but this seems a bit ridiculous to me, it is literally her job to add the checks and enter the deposit. It only takes 1 minute, everyone is busy at this time, just take a breath and try to help people out a little bit.

Aside from this one woman with glasses and long blonde hair, my experiences with the tellers have been cold, and unfriendly. & everytime I've ever had to call them, the people who would answer were less than kind, and couldn't wait to get me off of the phone.

I’ve been with BankGloucester ever since I first needed a bank account and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them every time I’ve needed them. They are always quick to assist me and are mainly staffed by other locals. I definitely recommend using them for all your banking needs.

Been with this bank for years. They have turned into the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Over 30 minute average drive through time which is the only option now. To transfer money you need to make a next day appointment. So inconvenient, how can every other bank figure it out but they can’t?

I used to work at bank gloucester years ago. I still enjoy banking here! The tellers and customer service have always gone above and beyond!

A true hometown Bank with real people service. My mortgage was never sold! Customer service always ready to advise you. Banking with this bank is a pleasure. Plus Bank Gloucester gives back to the community. ☆Thank You ☆

Not recommended. Online banking not secure, they sell ads on their online banking site so as you are viewing your sensitive bank info, like balances and transactions, pop up ads come up trying to sell you stuff. Spoke to the IT department head P. Natty, very unpleasant and very unprofessional. Long wait times for customer service, no return call backs. I'd recommend Cape Ann Savings Bank.
