I have been working with Bankcard POS for the last 2 1/2 years and have been very satisfied with their product. Brad has always been very helpful with terminal issues and programing. He is very quick to respond to any issues and gets my terminals up and running efficiently every time. As for my card processing, I'm very happy with the rates and never had an issue with my batches. I recommend Bankcard POS!

My family and I have been in the restaurant and bar businesses my whole life and we have had a lot of different credit card processing services over the years. I am glad that I was referred to BankCard POS, because they always gave me a good deal on the POS system and answer their phones every time that I need something. I have referred a few other restaurants and bars to them and they always give people a good deal and good service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I have known Brad at BankCard POS for many years. I have had him help me with merchant accounts and have referred my friends to him. To my knowledge, he always been more than fair and upfront with everyone. He even made a website for my cousin's bar in Lockport at no additional cost, because my cousin switched his merchant account business over to BankCard POS. My cousin also saved about $150/month in percentage and transaction fees.

Bankcard POS is an excellent merchant processing and POS company. They charge very competitive rates and also have excellent customer service. To me, those are two very important factors to consider when determining which merchant processor and/or POS system provider to utilize for one's business, and Bankcard POS checks the box on both. I did an install for them on short notice. After sending them an invoice they refused to pay it, stating the verbal agreement was for a lesser amount. This was not true. I attempted to negotiate with them and the end result they never paid anything. Turned them over to collections. I would not recommend working with Brad or Bankcard POS.

These guys were great! I went through multiple issues over the years with my other merchant accounts. I was referred to BankCard POS about two or three years ago and I haven't a concern since. My monthly fees and rates are much lower and I get the funds in my checking account without delay like clock work. I highly suggest working with these guys, because they're honest, upfront and reliable.

I have had BankCard POS help me with merchant accounts for a couple different businesses and they always give me a great deal. I don't do a lot in credit card processing volume, but they keep my monthly fee at $10 and give me interchange plus pricing at 10 basis points and $0.05 per transaction. I can even take credit cards on my phone.

The guys at BankCard POS are always available to help when there are issues with our POS system. I work in a high paced environment, and as such, our POS systems take a great deal of abuse which occasionally lead to issues. I have had Brad at BankCard POS come out to fix the system at midnight on a Friday so I could get back online. I will never use or refer a company other than BankCard POS. This is by far The BEST COMPANY we had in pos system, it is so personalized, every single time we get a person immediately, any problem we had, witch by the way is rarely, in a couple minutes we get it fix. It is a simple program to train servers, and it has so many things that help with payroll, food prices and so much to offer! I highly recommend them. We have them in all of our restaurants!

I'm glad that I found BankCard POS online. They came out to our business and were really upfront with my options. I ended up getting a machine for about $13.00 a month and the rates were low. No one has been able to match them.
