Absolutely the best banking team I’ve ever banked with. Connie and her team provide old time personalized banking services with all the technology of a big national bank.

I sent an employee to get change for our business which is something we do several times per week. The teller didn't give the card back to the employee. I called asking to speak with the bank manager, Connie. Connie refused to give my card back to the employee. As a small business owner it is a regular occurrence to get change for you business. Bank of OZK is not here to support small business. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I am currently sitting here, waiting to get a check cashed. It has been over 20 minutes. They have already called the person who gave me the check to make sure that it is legit. Now, we are having to wait for a managers approval due to the size of the check. She is in an interview, so, obviously, she is too busy to help me... I would never bank with these clowns.

Great service and great staff. The faces may change but the staff is always friendly. Crystal always stands out as someone who is always smiling and willing to help assistant. Crystal goes out of her way to help the customer .

NEW NAME, SAME CRAPPY SERVICE Manager is rude and doesn't support community. Refused to send me to the national headquarters. Looking for another bank for nonprofit.

The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant. When I walk in the door they know my name. I am not just an account to them. I am a person. I like this branch a lot.

I have been banking with them for several years and first let me say crystal is great, always a smile and excellent speedy service, she is very professional and stays on top of things. However overall this location has significantly declined in service, I often wait 5-10 minutes before I even see someone come to the register or drive through and the staff is not as welcoming or as friendly as they once were, I am really hoping they can get back on track because this has been my favorite hometown bank for years.

The only good part about the bank .Was a beautiful face and lovely service. By seita but here's the bad part there was a teller by the name DEL ignored me and continued to talk on her phone the two managers if that's what you want to call it I was going to open an account still in December until I seen and heard the mangers talking about the 1 employee that I do like to the point where she was crying .They were Makeing jokes about her clothes and literally literally had the poor gal in tears. Well I thought I'd give them another shot o walked in and it was the same as last time same employee was talking on the phone and the selita yet again helped me quickly and made me feel like a friend so I was bout to open a account give this bank 1 more time until I yet again the bigger lady manager was giveing selita a very hardjustnne yet again .And same employee del just talking away on her phone I later herd the phone girl and the bigger lady manager I believe her. Name is Connie talking basically Makeing fun of the poor girl I just can't seem to figure out why you have such snooty rude manager she looks as though she's constipated clearly rasist African American whom I believe was pretending. To be on her cell phone so she didn't want to tend to me while this other poor girl is the only one looks to be doing everything and still was able to get me in and out .And almost had me .Open a account but after what I've seen and herd the 2 times I visited this bank I will never bank with bank of the Ozark it seems y'all judge people based on .Clothing little did you know I'm a local shop owner .No I might not look it cause I'm obviously not .Fancy enough for your bank I'd rather give the young mom. That was being talked about because of her entire that I found. Nothing wrong with she was very beautifully dressed. I'd thought I was back in grade school the bulling and abuse of power. Cearly shown by miss constipation

Even though they are NEVER busy at this location, I sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes before someone came. Her excuse was that they were counting down money trying to close even though I arrived at 3:55. Then I waited an additional 5 minutes for the girl to complete my transaction. Horrible service.

I'm so glad I changed banks! I Love the Dallas location the Lady's are always nice and get me in and out fast!!!!
