Bank of Wisconsin Dells Superior St, Wisconsin Dells

I manage a small shop in the area, my company chose this bank as theirs. If I could choose to go somewhere else I would. My company doesn’t do night deposits and wants us to deposits in person. I work anywhere from 5-7 days a week which makes it hard to get to the bank sometimes. Apparently you can only go in the drive through if you have two or less deposits, so I was made to go inside the lobby when I had 3 or 4. This is extremely inconvenient especially with all the stuff going on right now. Even when I go into the lobby if I have more than 3 deposits I feel so much judgement from the tellers. And they always looks so annoyed. I myself want to get to the bank more but with clashing hours (and personally living far away) it’s difficult. Why am I made to feel unwelcome and looked down at? I go to the bank 1-3x a week since February and I think I’ve only had 4 good experiences. I need to take the money there and I’m made to feel like they are annoyed at me for doing so. I am always nice and patient to everyone there (working in retail makes you know the abuse customer service people get) I absolutely hate going to the bank now, which has never been an issue with past jobs banks. I am so glad this is not my personal bank. I was going to give 1 star but I gave 2 because there are a few nice people I’ve dealt with. I think her name is Heather, (dark hair) and a man named Andrew. Have your other employees learn from them on how to make your customers feel. Because those two have never made me feel bad about coming in.

LOVE this bank, I have been with them for almost 2 years and have never had any issues. They have always answered my questions (even the ridiculous ones lol) and helped when needed. The staff is always so polite. I usually go to the location in lake delton for everything! I had a fraud alert recently and they notified me the minute it went through and it was taken care of so fast. I really appreciate the service and the patience they give.

This bank is indeed NOT open until 5pm on weekdays. They are only open until 4pm Monday-Thursday... would’ve been nice to know, seeing as how I left work early to race here from Madison to make it before 5pm, to get here, and find out they closed an hour ago. Update your hours online BWD so it saves someone else the gas, time, and frustration. Thank you for nothing. Will not be returning.

I have banked here for a # of years and their customer service is awful, especially at the small drive up downtown Wisconsin Dells, the young man working their needs serious customer service training. I will be closing all my accounts on Monday morning and taking my money elsewhere

This is the most backwards bank I have ever dealt with over the years. Bankers hours. Not too helpful on phone. Unable to lookup account numbers by last name, you have to know the exact number. Very few online tools, just about EVERYTHING needs to be with a paper form you have to print and mail back to them, or you have to drive there from out of town and take a day off work due to their hours.

Great place to bank for business or personal accounts, the staff is very friendly and professional and always greeted by a smile when you walk in the door!

I moved several accounts to this bank. I was greatly impressed with the service I received from Darlene Berry. She was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Best customer service!

We went there to break cash there but they told us we couldn't break cash because we didn't have an account.
