Bank of the West N Swan Rd, Tucson

DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!! This bank is designed to bleed you dry. ANYWHERE ELSE. Embarrassing Not even part of the BBB..... They do not even answer the phone. Worst bank that I have ever had. Charges take forever to actually process then charge you criminal fees. It's like they wait till they can find ways to charge you the most. Over $200 in fees this month.

I would definitely not recommend. Fees added even though I added money to stop those fees. Went in and manager denied credits so now I will close account. DON'T GO HERE!

Bank of the west isn't great it's just a bank like every other bank. Banks work together to make us automatically think we need them .. and unfortunately the whole world is headed in this direction .banks controll us automatically they ask a million questions about our own money . That's because they use our money when we open accounts with banks .bank of the west is good at saying sorry all the time but not fixing or taking responsibility when they've screwed up. I'm sick and tired of every person I've spoke to that work for the bank they are just there to collect a paycheck and have fuchi faces oh and if you've never been there or your not a baller with big money they won't say hi to you . What a joke for a bussiness imma go back to my old method and burry my money were it's always safe .. if any one want to contact me you can I would love to hear from the owner of this ridiculous bank I bet he's never involved in his own bussines he hires incompetent people too represent they cant even smile at me especially the management bank tellers and phone customer service just a bunch of careless ppl.need to hire me so I can teach you a thing or too about bringing the customer back and how the customer should always be right ..

The only issue I have is they close at 4 on Friday, really.. I get off work at 4 so I have to take time off to go to the bank Very Frustrating.

I’m a banker somewhere else. I am sorry for leaving this review for your company, but I’ve been treated very-very poorly at this location multiple times, and you guys mis-reported me fraudulently on check systems for abuse behavior for no reason as well. I’ve been trying to settle this for months, but - it’s impossible due to your poor customer service and nobody returns calls appropriately. The only person so far who did their job right and actually tried to help me is Ana Cota. 1 person out of more than 10 that I’ve been speaking to over the course of two months. At this point, I’m just trying to pay you guys whatever the amount is and never see your name anywhere again if possible. Please find a way to contact me and help me with the settlement you misreported. Thank you.

I wouldn't really call this a 'bank', it's a money transferring company at best. Probably great if you have a lot of out of country family to send money to, but just to use as an everyday account I wouldn't bother. The only thing they ever did for me correctly was closing my account.

This has been the worst 4 months with this bank..if you're Hispanic dont go in there they act like you're about to hold the bank up. They are all mean, unfriendly they all look like they hate their jobs..and probably do working in that bank..Do all a favor and close that bank down..it probably was opened by old scrooge. YUCK on all accounts. ONE STAR IS RATING TOO HIGH
