great place friendly staff the only set back is if you lose your debit card they do not have temporary ones you have to wait until it comes in the mail

I helped a family friend do what should have been a quick and easy refi with these folks. Quick and easy turned in 4 months of B.S. and trying to get there loan agent in Phoenix to return a phone call . Ended up about two points over Market on a 15 year fixed. Go elsewhere for refinancing these clowns don't have a clue🤬

I have been banking with this bank for years and I have always been treated with a smile and respect. I have worked with a couple of the Bankers down through the years and have always walked away knowing I was treated fairly and all issues were resolved. I love knowing the faces and names at my bank and I appreciate the employees. Thank you all for the service you provide

Clean. Easy to access. Good drive through. Every employee says hi when you walk through the door. Does what a bank should but don't try to do anything if you aren't a direct customer, the fees aren't worth it.

John was super helpful and polite. They still managed to beat me up a little on the price.🤣🤣😐

I like this bank. Always friendly and helpful tellers. The online banking is spot on. All around good customer based bank.

One star is a very gracious. Truth is they deserve negative. I can’t check my account balance on any atm and I know I have plenty of money in there. Card is declined. And when I call “costumer service “ there is not one person to talk to. I spent 30 minutes with the computer and it said. Can’t proceed call back on Monday. Then it directs me to lost card center. And they said can’t help you and hangs up on me. So if you want to have access to your money DONT GET ANY ACCOUNT at the worst bank in America.

I just would like people to know that they will charge you $9.50 for cashing a check their if you don’t have an account, even if it’s their checks . I just thought people should be aware to there inappropriate charges of your hard earned money!

If you don't have an account here don't try to cash your check, even if your paycheck is from here they still charge $7 to cash your check....sadly, better to goto Wal-Mart, they only charge $3 as long as it's a typed check.

This bank is criminal,charging to cash a check from their own bank, just makes you sick to know that, people at frount counter are rude
