Been on the phone with 800# for an hour and a half still on HOLD have been trying to call the branch no one will answer the phone there either

The absolute worst on the phone customer service. They transfer you between multiple people and ask questions that you don't know the answer to, not to mention they shouldn't even have said information. This only started happening near the beginning of 2020. If they want to keep there customers, they better start by remembering how to run a bank.

I don't know much about this place. I used to bank here when it was under a different name, and they always treated me very nicely. But since they have been taken over by Bank of the West, I haven't been in. But it is the same building, which is always neat and clean, and if they had the same people than they are very friendly and courteous. It's a good place to bank.

Worst bank in Oklahoma they can’t even answer there phone trash

The only reason they get two stars is because of the employees at our local bank, they're great! Their bank hours are terrible, lobby is still closed and drive through hours are 930am-4pm......what an absolute joke. The rest of the state is moving on and getting over covid, while BOTW continues to give its patrons the shaft. Their customer service call procedure must have been developed by a tenured employee with job security because it's impossible to select the correct sequence to actually get to visit with someone about any issues.

Employees are lazy and service is extremely slow! The lobby is always randomly closed They always have someone new that knows nothing! Also the highest interest rates around!!!

Friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile. They always help me in every way they can. I'm Very pleased. Thank you Bank of the West!!
