Bank of the West W Redondo Beach Blvd, Gardena

Truly love my banking experience with this branch and BOW period. Always feel welcome and valued. I worked for a major savings and loan while in college so I knew the in and outs of great customer service and BOW always are above the standard taking care of my personal and business banking needs. Highly recommend this branch and BOW period especially the Gardena Branch.

Bank of the west is the worst bank to bank with, I had a direct deposit with them and every other hand can get to my money before it is available to me. The customer service is horrible they never have answers for anything. What company let's their customer service reps answer any concerns or questions with a "I don't know!" I've worked customer service with the county of San Bernardino and never in life would be let to tell a customer I don't know. So if I were you I wouldn't trust this place witg my hard earned money. Worst than bank of America, steals your money like wells fargo. Good luck!

I was trying to look for this location for 20 minutes I know some people say you might have to look up but when you're listening to audio and keeping your eyes on the road it's not that easy to just look upit had me going around the corner on either direction north and south several times if Google would have said it's right at the corner turn right or it's right across the street from Honda turned right but it kept taking me in circles and circles until finally I just pulled into a parking lot and cross the street otherwise I would have never found it even though it was right at the corner right at the corner.

As a foreign bank, several Korean people have been able to work in a comfortable and fast manner, friendly and kind ..

Worst Banking experiences of my life. The Gardena Branch supervisor ignored me for 45 minutes and pretended the teller had not informed her why I was there. I tried to reset my on line banking multiple times and there was always an issue. Bank allowed transactions to go through that were fraudulent and now I have to pay the price for their lack of security. They suck! In addition, they could not assist me with retrieving an old bank statement until about the 4th time I entered the bank, Mind you another branch not the Gardena branch, they never resolve anything!!! I am cancelling my account today!

I really don't know why anyone would open an account here. Incompetence.. looooong lines... rudeness.... and employees have no clue of how to resolve any issues... How this bank can be in business? Worse than a check cash store

I've had three major problems at this bank. Changing banks asap.
