Bank of the West Whitley Ave, Corcoran

Absolutely the worst bank I've ran across. Don't get this bank underneath any circumstance. I deposited my first check through their ATM and had to wait 3 weeks for my money to be deposited into my account. Ive never had a bank hold my money this long before. Although she suggested not using the ATM for the my first few checks, she didn't disclose that there would be a possibility of a 3 week waiting time span. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! In the mean time my bank account received up to 300$ in overdrafts fees due to their misguided information. Monica claimed she was only able to refund half of it, claiming there was nothing else they could do. Throughout the process of me talking them consistently durring the weeks of waiting they continously gave me false dates upon the arrival of my money. Guaranteing every arrival date. I was forced to procrastinate all my house bills, and had to even update my landlords about the prolonged situation about every date they had given me.

What a great bank. Very clean. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Monica and Liz always go out of their way to help me out. The best banking experience I have ever had

This place sucks that lady with that big wig never helps you out on anything she just sits there or when you call there spnrife and be talking tonight people like if you ain't important

ATMs are always out of money or not working. The atms are also slow. They need to upgrade to better and faster atms. Before covid there was always big lines especially on fridays and mondays and only 2 workers attending meaning you’ll be there in line for 30 plus minutes

Staff here is horrible, they absolutely have no idea what they’re doing, whatever you do stay away from this place, go to a credit union! They need to fire everyone here and restart with new employees who are going to get the job done instead of shutting the place down early for their own personal benefit.

Horrible horrible horrible, make sure you have an hour of your time to just cash your check. Out of 7 windows they have, they only run 2! Corcoran needs a second bank in town.

Place is the worse. Opened a new account and never got any checks. Placed another order and same thing.

This place is a disgusting establishment and the people working there should be ashamed of themselves. Lazy workers that treat customers like trash!!!!!!
