Bank of the West N First St, Fresno

I had such a great experience at this bank. Called to schedule an appointment to open a business account and was told to come in and someone would help me. Once there, I was immediately helped by the most accommodating and thoughtful young woman. We had an amazing conversation while she led me through the process of opening my first business account. I felt like she genuinely believed in what I do and truly cares about my success, she even took a picture of me once we were done to document my experience. My family has had business bank accounts here for years and encouraged me to open my first one here as well. I'm glad I did, I left feeling encouraged and ready to begin my business venture with the support I need.

Just went in to complete a transaction that was continues from Monday. 2 tellers total as I walked in. One still in an transaction and the other teller was finishing up. They finish, the man walks out, the teller clearly see a me approaching and simply walks away to the back. Jamela ultimately helped me with an attitude. She seemed annoyed because she kept her questions and answers with me short, but I was just happy I was being helped. I really wish my work would stop banking here so I wouldn't have to cash my expense checks here. Either way, I will definitely not be going to this location ever again.

Whenever I go for transactions, have to wait long time in line. Tellers take long time with customers. They don't know their job well. It was about 3pm and manager still on lunch break( as I was told). Teller chating with a customer while others waiting in line customer while other

Rebecca at Bank of the West is awesome. She knows exactly how to explain a complicated financial situation, even to a dummy like me. I highly recommend Rebecca and Bank of the West.

The gentleman who helped me was very polite and great customer service very different from the one in clovis the manager there is rude

First and gerndon bank of the west branch manager went into my account and she reported my card lost/stolen... I mean who the he'll does that? What she did is a fraud accessing my account details after I left and willingly without my permission reported my card... Monday morning I will start from BBB than Sue that branch for a fraud because I need my card now I am out of town and I can't use it.. never go this place

My business banking is here , my personal as wel , please take it from me don’t bank here. They are sadly understaffed in my opinion. They cannot even answer their phone. Poor service. Poor options Just want to update my review. Had to go into the bank today , new manager , enough tellers , great service. Please please please let’s keep it this way. Update, months later they are still terrible

Total incompetence. They couldnt even get a simple money wire right for escrow. Also very long lines and few tellers. Nice people that do not know their jobs well.

Long wait and grumpy/unhelpful attitude from the "manager". Happy to say I do not bank with them.

Poor service. I cash my checks every month but this one don't like Asian people
