This branch is great. The whole staff is very friendly and caring Specially Allen He takes care of all my business banking needs and is always there A+++

I spoke with Alan or Alex, the so-called manager for this branch. Without a doubt the rudest, most unprofessional, and incredibly elitist human being I have ever encountered. Stated that since I did not live in Santa Clarita, that accounts from my lowly (his words) neighborhood (Antelope Valley, which does not have a branch) usually default and close, hence he does not entertain folks not from his area. I guess it's good I was not "approved" to open an account with such a uppity bank manager. I'll gladly take my business to folks who actually want to work with all types of people, whether uber rich or a working class person.

why can't I give a zero? I had issues with multiple account violations when I was with my previous bank. Figured BOTW is more of a "small town bank" and that customer service would be better. I have never been more wrong in my life. They post things in an odd order so nearly every time I get paid, I get hit with a ridiculous amount of NSF fees when there's money in my account. Customer service refuses to help or reverse any of the charges and they're completely rude. I am DONE with them. Do NOT bank with them if you want to have any money in your back account ever.

One of the worst banking experiences ever. They are extremely understaffed. Management is horrible so they have extremely high turnover. The bi-product is an extremely uneducated staff. They management is rarely in, which actually is to the client's benefit. Allen, the branch manager is extremely hard to work with. He's uneducated as per banking laws and is extremely litigious. I'd choose any bank over Bank of the West and I'd choose any Bank of the West over this one.

Got charged $3 to get 4 blank checks printed. I've had other Bank of the Wests do this as a courtesy and never charged me for it, but they refused to wave the fee. The hours are also not long enough on Sat. Guess it's time to switch banks.

The staff at this branch is the best! The customer service is terrific, and they genuinely care about your business. They have that true "hometown bank' feeling. You are always greeted with a smile and they know you by name! Everyone is very knowledgeable and efficient.

They’re suppose to close at 12 Saturday's, in days like these it’s vital for them to stay open as scheduled. Unfortunately they decide to make their own hours and close earlier than advertised on their door. Those 15-20 they close earlier prevented someone from getting their hands on money that’s needed. I’m glad I don’t have a bank account with them as this proves why I shouldn’t have one. Horrible bank!

Got hit with multiple fees without being notified or given opportunity to fix. When I went in to branch to try to fix it, they refused to return the money. I asked for the manger. He was too busy at lunch. He called me back eventually and was condescending and rude! Do NOT bank here! Service is horrible and they are 5 years behind technology. No wonder the bank is sooooo empty. They suck! Fees and poor service and poor product. #bankingfail. And the manager is a jerk!!

Although there were only two employees with a line of customers out the door, they both handled business as though they were fully staffed. Great job to the both of them, they deserve a HUGE raise.

Slow service! I need to switch banks. Every time I go in there's an issue with withdrawing money from my account.
