Bank of the West Valley View Ave, La Mirada

Best bank ever. The staff is always so helpful and polite. The branch manager and assistant manager always go out of their way to help me. I feel like family every time I walk in that bank because they know me by name and they always have a big "hello" for me.

Worst outdated bank ever, staff is slow and take for ever , manager a big heavey guy is very rude , just a horrible place

Barak Or Barat whatever his name is i think can be pretty Rude. I accidentally looked away when he was handing me my $$$ and he told me 'pay attention' 😠. Later in time i tried depositing a roll of golden dollar coins Bank of the west in Cerritos gave that i never openen that were not in the grates shape. This man said they were mutalated i think he exaggerated. He asked me were i got them from and told him I got them from bank of the west in cerritos he said he didnt care and to take them to bank of the west in cerritos. some one needs to talk to this guy and remind him he needs to respect his customers, the reason he has a job here..

They literally decline your phone calls, called and called no pick up or answer from costumer service part either. Dirty establishment Opaque Place with poor service staff members. It’s like walking to an old funeral house

Most unprofessional inconsiderate branch I’ve ever dealt with and I have five different businesses and multiple accounts and bank regularly at different locations and this is the worst! Don’t bother calling ahead to verify you can do a transaction or going into the branch for assistance they will say one thing over the phone and waste your time when you get there. Twice have gone into this branch to make a Simple withdraw from my account, both times I verified I was able to make the withdrawal before driving all the way to the location. Once arriving at the location I am been told they cannot do my transaction and for most recent time thet lied and said it was a problem with “my account”. I just Verified with my banker this was a lie there is no limitation on my account. Verlie cost my business over $10,000 today and Not only did they not care but it’s not the first time this is happened with Bank Of The West especially this location. Do you self a favor and drive a little bit further to the Cerritos location to open your accounts well worth the extra 10 minutes!

Terrible service! I was discriminate while trying to cash a check. Mind you, the account had plenty of money in the account!! Worse service ever!!!
