Bank of the Sierra Main St, Delano

Horrible experience! They put a card on fraud alert for no reason and left my elderly grandmother in another state with out funds. When she called to try and get it figured out they gave her the hardest time and weren't helpful at all. I understand this is a small town, but the service here is ridiculous for a financial institution!

This bank is not good, scammers keep getting my card number and they close my card automatically then a call the bank and tell them to order me a new one and they forget to do that im changing banks.

If your in a hurry to make Deposit or any other business at window, don't go through the drive through in Delano. Horrible, Horrible wait time. I would perfer Porterville, you are dispatched alot faster. Thumbs down for Delano drive through banking.

Bank are closed inside, service only at the window, but very poor service, slow like turtle we planned to change bank!

So upset for that fact it dont have a 24 hour Customer service been trying to get a hold of someone cuz my card not working for some reason so now i need to wait until Monday with no money never again thinking of switching banks always giving me trouble 😠😠😠😠

Monday as in MONDAY at 3:30 PM there is only the merchant window and drive thru open. The merchant has several people waiting. ALL TEN other windows are closed. THE slowest bank ever. Again, it’s Monday January 27 at 2:10 PM. 12 customers wasting, one teller window open and the drive-thru. Merchant window ALWAYS has a closed sign. GET THIS BANK SOME HELP! The one teller open is brand new and needs approval for every transaction.

I've been banking with them for about a year now and my overall experience has been ok. The only complain I would have is setting up the online banking account. You have to do so much just to have access to the app it's super confusing and frustrating and on occasion my account will get overdrafted without my concent so that really sucks. But it's cool that they give you a free gift for referring someone else to the bank.

People in the drive thru take forever and for only to windows that are open is horrible I literally waited for a hour and one person took at least 30mins at least have someone outside to help and keep the line moving worst experience ever don't go to this bank don't recommend it at all when I got to the front of the line I noticed the workers are slow af get more people to work if u only have 2workers come on now

So slow it painful like the DMV stood in like for 15 min .Just cus there were no tellers open .They all closed at the same time to cound there Money.

I used to have this bank and I have to say this is the worst bank I ever had. The have weird policies that no other bank has.
