Mario was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and friendly. After spending most of my life handling all banking via the internet or phone, this in person experience left me feeling like I have found a good bank to work with going forward.

I went inside during the below freezing weather. I was greeted by all 3 staff. I made a deposit and a withdrawal within minutes. A pleasure to be served so quickly! I know I was smiling when I left! Thank you !!!

I've been dissapointed with the recent service I've received at this branch. The tellers don't seem very friendly. On my last visit the teller seemed annoyed that I was depositing $5 worth of coins that were quarters. Then proceeded to just toss my debit card on the counter instead of handing it to me. I've had an account at this bank for several years but the recent service from the tellers has not been friendly. I would highly recommend Chase Bank as the tellers there are always super friendly. Everyone else in the bank seems nice but the tellers not so much.

The customer service is amazing! Doing mortgages with the mortgage department has been incredible! This is a smaller bank and they treat people like people!

The team at Bank of Texas makes me feel welcome. I have had business and personal loans and accounts with them over the years and this team consistently provides professional, caring service. So many team members volunteer in our community and that caring attitude is a reflection of your business practice.

Was forced to close my accounts after 30 years out of one mistake I made in an online fraud situation where I lost $2500 . Yes my fault out of ignorance I admit freely my mistake . No effort on their part to savage the situation. It was a policy they said. Paige , the banker that helped me , was extremely helpful and professional. The canceling of my accounts happened from higher ups and out of her hands

Mario is the Absolute best! No matter if it’s getting accounts set up or basic day to day banking he is always willing to go out of his way to get it done! Since I first opened my checking account and my credit card with mario 4 years ago he has helped me every step of the way and always willing to go above and beyond without skipping a beat! 10/10

We refinanced our home and it was quick and easy. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your banking needs.

I have a compromised immune system, and this bank doesn't seem to offer any options. It's a shame. I am locked out of my account and can't get any solutions. Customer support is always busy
