Why have this branch? Staff very rude and incompetent. Horse playing in back office laughing giggling and when I asked what the ETA would be the teller, said if you don’t want to wait here is your stuff back go somewhere else. What type of customer service is this? Manager told the same thing to another customer that came in and rudely told her to try another branch.

Bunch of jerk offs. Never had an issue with my accounts and now they are putting random holds on mobile deposits. They says its for "my protection". When has a bank ever cared about the consumers protection? NEVER!

I continue to be impressed by the service I receive at Bank of Texas. Daniel C helped me today and did a wonderful job! I never felt rushed and he seemed genuinely happy to be helping me.
