Best banking institution I've ever traded with. Strong and conservative but a market leader . I'm comfortable there at 22 years .

I've been into this bank numerous times and each time they have been super nice and knowledgeable. They're actually able to help you, and care about their customers. I've been with Bank of Oklahoma since 2007 and there has been plenty of ups and downs but this location has made me really happy I've stayed!

Staff is super friendly, I had to open a new account to seperate things from my ex, she set things up so I could access both accounts and to be able to transfer money from my old account to my new account from my log in until my direct deposit is transfered to the new account. She also helped me set up a savings account exactly how I needed it. I am very pleased with my visit and i am more than willing to come back for future needs.

The Bank of Oklahoma North Lewis branch staff is great. They make banking a breeze.

Bank of oklahoma have been my go to bank. The staff is friendly and professional . They will take the extra step in trying to assist you with any banking problems.

Went in gave the teller my i.d and bank card, she only gave me back my bank card, so o assumed she still needed my i.d. cool, no problem! We talked while she got my money. I thought she would put my i.d in the envelope with the money. I left and it still didn't Dawn on me that I left my I.d. So I called the bank some lady answered, I explained what I needed she told me to hold on so she could checked but, she never came back to the phone. I hung up and called back 6x and on the 6th time the picked the phn up and hung it up. This bank has poor service. However, the teller on the other hand was super nice.

Horrible place to go to bank. Staff confirms there is no safety when the branch is being robbed. They no longer provide a security guard whom staff also confirmed was no help during their **recent robbery** at **gun point** ***The bank removed my last review informing the public of the risk of safety when entering this branch. They dont want you to recall that they were held at gun point.

This is a very good Bank to be established with, they try hard to accommodate my needs and they provide exceptional service, they are improving their services every year some kind of way to make banking easier.
