The Bank failed to transmit a wire transfer as promised that was essential for a closing, didn't respond to calls throughout the day from our representatives, and also did not respond to our representative's calls today to confirm a wire transfer, which still doesn't appear to have taken place a full six days (including holiday weekend) after it was promised -- past the agreed upon closing date. This is abysmal treatment of their clients, our buyers. I thought local banks prided themselves on their customer service. They have caused their clients undue stress -- and have inconvenienced all. Very unprofessional.
