I cannot say enough great things about Helen Ruehmer. My husband and I spoke to a couple of other lenders before talking with her and thought we knew who we were going to work with at that point. We were wrong! As soon as we spoke with Helen we knew she was our lender. She has a confidence that you pick up on immediately and acts as an educator throughout the whole process. This was our first time buying a house so we had lots of questions and she took the time to thoroughly explain the process. She made spreadsheets with different options so that we could easily see the numbers and choose what worked best for us. We were able to close in 30 days and are moving into our home one month after making our offer.
