I found this house and though I had been pre-approved by my bank, I decided to give the mortgage person my realtor suggested a try. Mark was very easy to work with. When he came in at a higher rate then my bank, I explained I was expecting something lower. When I asked what could make that happened he quoted a modest point value. With the rate I then was assured of, I went through their process which was automated via their web site. Mark was always there as I worked through my first home in MA after moving here from WI. I can not say enough good things about working with The Bank of England mortgage folks.

Mark Andreottola was great to work with. We were on a short timeline to refinance in a divorce due to some issues with a prior bank. They communicated with me every step of the way. I heard people say previously how scary underwriting is, but that’s wasn’t my experience with them. They made it easy by clearly communicating everything they need in advance. Their website keeps you up to date on the status of everything and they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
