Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Gray Hwy, Macon

Today makes the fourth time I have gone to make a deposit and they were closed. At 2oclock in the afternoon on a Friday??? Sign at drive thru always says temporarily closed. WHY? This is bad business for people who need to do banking on a Friday. May be changing to the credit union

I would not bank with Bank of America EVER. EVER. I was made to get out of the line with the teller that I waited in. I was basically told after waiting almost 50 minutes for a banker that because I did not have an account with them that servicing me was not a priority. I was ONLY here to cash a check that was drawn on their bank. NEVER again. I'll pay Walmart before do it again.

Went to the drive thru to deposit a check. Dianne was very rude insisting she could not make the deposit with my bank card and I should go to ATM. I advised her I did not like using ATM for deposit transactions. She insisted. I asked for a deposit slip she said I could not hold up the line. I pulled around completed the slip and came back to drive thru. She was clearly still with an attitude as she did not greet me a second time and I didn't bother to speak again either. Please counsel her on providing better customer service.

This bank never be open.. this is pathetic.. this is the only bank in America leave the keys under the teller machine to get money, so robbers and burglars can get easy money from the bank of America customers this is sad....

Bank is never open late enough and is so slow, moving banks soon.

It was great and very nice to have Flecia’s help with wiring money this morning. Since the other one on blommfied is always busy. We’ve been here twice and quite sastify.

Do not accept checks from clients from Bank of America unless you enjoy sitting on your thumbs for 40 mins. One of the many reasons I no longer bank with them. In the past I have had brokerage, savings and checking accounts in 3 different states with BOA. Truly absurd and extremely inconvenient. No way to attract new customers. Oh and after that humiliation and inconveniene they charge you $8.00 TO CHARGE YOUR $125.00 CHECK!!!!

Every time I visit this Bank the lines are out the door. I spent 30 minutes waiting in line. They have one teller who is slower that molasses and the others are just standing around. PLEASE get more tellers and pitch in to help the ones that's there. Our time do matters.

No customer service. Been there sitting for a good 30minutes and the manager is just roaming around woudnt assist and some assistant manager comes out of the cabin and asks what u need and says the manager wil help and she dont even addresses you.. not even there was customers in the bank just one old lady.. very bad customer services.

They don't know anything . Not at all helpful. BoA is a trash bank. So sick of it
