I want to open business accounts in BoA as a BoA shareholder to support the business. As soon as I walked in, Bhavana Patel (a "relationship" manager) greeted me and my CPA. I told her I brought a collateral and wanted to open a credit line for my business with BoA. She kept looking at her watch as I wasted her time and told me bunch of policies that they would NOT take collateral. She tried to lecture my CPA that I could not do it. I walked out there and went to Woodforest right next to it. They opened a line of credit for me right away with a very nice attitude. This kind of employee makes me angry as a shareholder of BoA.

The only reason this place is getting 5 stars is because of Candice Nance.. She is so helpful and will do anything for her clients. If you come her she is the woman to see! My father in law wrote my wife (his daughter) a check and when she went in to cash said check and presented her ID (which still has her maiden name - her father’s last name on it), she was made to wait because they needed to confirm with the account holder. Understandable. However, 20 minutes later she called her father to find out if they had contacted him yet. As he was asking her what she was taking about (amazingly, the bank hadn’t called him) she was called up to the tellers desk where she was informed that they had spoken with the account holder and confirmed the check. Blatant lie! AND she was forced to wait 20 minutes to be lied to. Then they charged an $8 fee because she doesn’t have an acct with B of A. As they are giving her the cash minus the fee, they had the nerve to try and talk her into opening an account with said cash minus the $8 fee. We will never set foot in another B of A branch. This company was given a free multi-multi billion dollar gift from the fed gov’t when they helped nearly destroy the world economy through sheer greed. They repay the American taxpayer for their generosity by robbing us every day

Worst bank of America of all time. Always a long line and never enough tellers. And they close at 4pm weekdays. Today when I went in to pull put 2500 that said it wasn't available balance in my account they would not let me pull out come to find out it was still a deposit that was processing even though it was a cash deposit of $2,500 that one of my customers had put in my account. I went outside and took $1,000 out of the ATM went back inside and waited in the line for 10 minutes to talk to the lady and ask her to call and verify the cash deposit and she had an attitude and so did her supervisor who was standing next to her. The level of incompetency at this bank is ridiculous little do they know that we have a huge business account they are also in addition to the small personal checking account that I rarely utilize we will be pulling everything out and going elsewhere.

Was waiting for the Notary. Banker jumped me because of a new sale from teller line. When I complained the banker lied further saying it was appointment and when I said no it was not appointment it was from teller line Banker didnt respond then. Manager doing lobby leading said oh that ok as long as we find another person who can help. I can understand the pressure of sales these bankers go through. But seriously you gotta have some ethics.

I see others commenting complaining about waiting 20-30 mins ! Please that’s nothing imagine going to this other location that I have gone waiting 1 HOUR + oh! Let me not forget that also includes the driv-thru waiting time. The times I have been to this location I NEVER had a issue always great customer service! Yes! There was a time the hours changed due to the pandemic which is completely understandable. This location deserves more than five stars.

I went in the branch expecting it to be as horrible an experience as it has been in my past experiences. I was already getting angry before I even talked with someone. I regrettably got very "irate" with my banker. For that I'm sorry. I gave five stars because the banker worked with the manager and myself to make my end result come out better for me than I even asked for. They calmed me down after listening to me rant. And fixed the problem asap. Best branch of people I've been to. Thanks.

Feel bad for teller (singular often) who has to deal with all of the people waiting in line (and outside in the 100+ degree weather). Multiple times. One time I understand. Every time ??? You have 6 possible teller windows (7 with drive thru). Maybe pull some of those people sitting by themselves in their cubicles out and help? Obvious that you don’t care about your customers time.

10 people in line. 1 teller working (very slowly). 5 teller windows closed. It’s a good thing they permanently closed all the drive through lanes. Who wants to get their banking done quickly. Update Still sucks. Worst bank ever.

I went to this location expecting to simply make a deposit for a family member they don't have drive through. They didn't let me make a very simple deposit even though I showed them my DL, very rude teller and manager at the window. Very very poor customer service and that's why I closed my account a few years back. I hope the owners or someone from the bank can watch today's recording at 1:00 o'clock to see how rude the teller was and how they handled the transaction very unsafe for me. Never ever going back to Bank of America!!
