Worst BofA ever been to. Was only one in line at drive up, still waited 10 minutes. I could see tellers in the bank who had no customers. These tellers also looked at me, saw me but never acknowledged me. Even if they had just said we'll be with you momentarily, I would have understood. At one point, I called the bank and phone just rang and rang. Last visit here -- only went to drive up because I wanted certain bill denominations not available at ATM. Pretty surly bunch!

WORST BANK! I went to deposit my check on Friday morning. I was told my funds will be available at midnight. Now I am being told it will take a week! This is unacceptable because I would have took my business ELSEWHERE! Imagine getting paid 1 day but having to wait another WEEK to pay past due bills❗Things like this makes people UNHINGED ❗ I can't cancel my account nor get my check back. Just have to starve and hope I am alive to eat by the 31st!

I don't know why it was ever a good idea to close the drive thru, especially in this environment. Even now when they do decide to open it you have to guess because they don't turn the light on and it is never consistently open. You would think after hearing the one consistent complain of the lack of drive thru service someone would listen. Update: that was the most useless response ever. When you're depositing for people you work for ATM deposits aren't an option. Let me make it simple: Just open the drive thru back up for normal banking hours like every other bank. We would all rather sit in line in our cars than stand in line waiting in your lobbies!

    Response from the owner

I am very upset. I made an appointment days ago for a notary and my appointment was confirmed for Dec the 16th 130-200PM with Justin. I was there 10 minutes before my appointment, get that I now live in Arlington and currently had ankle surgery so I asked my partner to take me during his lunch break since I’ve always came to this bank when I lived in Dallas and never had a conflict. I saw a lot of people pulling on the door and it remained locked maybe they were on lunch break? I waited 10 mins after my appointment and the door was still locked, I even called multiple times waiting outside the bank. if the bank was not open or my appointment was canceled why did I not get notified? I live far and with these surgery circumstances. I had to go across to Usps and pay $32 to get my documents notarized. And I misplaced my receipt from Usps to ask Bank of American if they can kindly, refund me that, I’m pretty sure Usps has cameras though.

After reading the reviews, I thought “How bad could this branch be?” The reviews are correct. This is definitely the most poorly managed bank branch I’ve ever been to, along with the rudest employees.

I thought with pay upgrade they will have better people. But they still have terrible people, who treat you different based on your race. Refused to take my money in a bag but took the other guys money in an envelope. The teller said she needs to make sure i do not have anything in the bag that will harm her. First time i heard in my life, let alone in 10yrs of banking with this bank.

    Response from the owner

Hi. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. ^teresa

I got there at 1 min to closing. Had to run back to the car for some necessary info to complete a cash deposit. Spent several seconds listening to employees debate whether I could go and get the information. Had three different employees tell me that they were closed but they were doing me a favor by letting me go ahead and make the deposit. This is not the branch I usually use and I won't be returning.

    Response from the owner

Hello Tatia, We are sorry that you were disappointed and we’ll certainly be sharing your experience with our leadership team. We appreciate your feedback. This will help us continue to improve our processes. ^phil

Seriously should be one star average. 20 customers in line 1 teller. I feel bad for the teller. By the time people get to the front they are mad.

None of the features or tellers are here like the site says. Just like for any of the other branches.
