Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Samoset St, Plymouth

This was my first time at this Bank of America but I have been with Bank of America for over 15yrs. I travel all over the USA due to my job and have visited many Bank of America branches and this is the most horrible experience with Bank of America I have experience in my 15yrs with this corporation. I waited in line for an hour just to deposit some checks. It was only one teller on a Friday and the line was sooooo long that it didn’t make sense. She had a long conversation with every Spanish person that was in line. The drive-thru got no attention and they waited so long that they drove off and came into the inside. The other works were just walking around looking and tried to offer no help at all. If this was my primary bank I would take all my money out and go else where. Bank of America either need to shut this place down or get new employees because they are going to lose a lot of business. Everybody in line was shaking their head and talking to each other saying “THIS DONT MAKE NO SENSE”

Drive up is often closed, long lines, slow tellers who are too chatty and the branch manager just stands around and never helps his staff. I only come here to cash checks from my employer but would NEVER make this my bank. Very poor customer service!

This bank takes at least 30 minutes to help you the line is insane and always under staffed. They also move super slow litterally makes me want to switch banks I try to avoid at all costs going inside because of the Horrible waiting Times. I’m not the type to write bad reviews but I haven’t had one good experience in a year of banking with them. Rock land trust is SO much better.

Absolute worst bank experience ever. There’s always a line and never more than 1 teller. Theyactual close the drive up window because they don’t have enough staff. Someone from management needs to speak up for more man power.

Everyone in the bank is extremely friendly and courteous, my only gripe is there usually are long lines but I think that’s due to COVID

Horrible is all I have to say. I wait about 45min-1Hour everytime. Very short staffed and on top of that the staff they do have takes their sweet time and has mini conversations in between each person that increase the wait time. This message is for management. HIRE.MORE.STAFF. “Oh we have some people but because of covid-“ Stop you have been getting negative reviews about staff for over 2 years. Unreal don’t bank here.

Long lines, and the local branch doesn't even answer their phone. If you need to talk to an associate at the bank be prepared to make an appointment, don't just walk in because you'll be asked if you have an appointment. This bank has friendly employees but it's the worst.

One lady is working hard, the others include manager looking lady hanging around. This is not the expect from customer face business. They definitely need help for customer experience.

Very nice people but totally lacking sufficient staff. While I do not walk in to a bank often, it is still an option and during open hours they need to have more tellers available

Terrible service, long lines, you shouldn't do business with this branch in any situation. Run away. Bad bank!!!!!!!!!!! TD BANK, CITIZENS BANK, ANY PLACE BUT HERE!!
