Professional and helpful with servicing accounts. Friendly staff and willing to listen and to take time with customer.

Had a great interaction at this branch, Crystal was beyond friendly and we had a great conversation while I handled my transactions. I know the big banks can catch a lot of flack, but BofA has always treated me good

Could not get a check cashed because back of America would not verify the check, so I had to drive fourty minutes and pay a fee to get a check cashed that I could have got cashed for nothing five minutes from home if back of America would have done their job and verified the check on the phone... Come on folks what is the big deal about doing your job

Found them to be very Lazy- just me personally though.

Everyone there has always been very nice and extremely helpful too me. I have gone in the bank and needed assistance in opening a checking account & several other personal things. Each time they have always been friendly & I've always been treated nicely. The teller's are also always so helpful and friendly. Nice place to bank.

This banking Center last week (week of the 26 Thur. 29th) a lighting contactor was preforming work on the building. During this time there was no visible notices on the doors or windows of the bank explaining what was going on. At the same time the inside and outside of the bank remained completely dark with no lights at night. Anyone visiting the ATM during this time would of been in total darkness and would of thought the bank was shutting down. This is a very poor way to run a business. I tired to make this known when I called corporate but they had no way to report it. Please forward this to the correct channels immediately. Thank you for your help.

My only complaint is this is the only branch in the area.
